What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Manager, you will:

  • Identifying opportunities in target markets for your Upya’s offering
  • Generating leads through cold calling prospective clients or networking at trade shows
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts
  • Work in tandem with the marketing and product teams to refine lead generation and conversion tactics.
  • Explore and capitalize on new business avenues, initiating strategic alliances
  • Craft and implement a robust sales strategy targeting Midsize and Enterprises
  • Drive the sales funnel and report on key KPIs
  • Become our very own Upya Expert when it comes to our platform and products

Ideal candidate

  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a sales role within a SaaS business
  • Proven 2-year track record of building a sales funnel and consistently delivering high levels of success in B2B complex sales
  • Have a natural ability to build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of buyers
  • Technical and complex sales acumen
  • Obsession with building forward-thinking prospecting plans
  • A validated creative & customer-centric approach to landing new opportunities
  • Proven ability to set, meet, and exceed KPIs and performance goals
  • Evidence of outstanding communication capabilities across all channels of communications
  • Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written (French or Spanish is a big bonus!)
