Upya is looking for a Product Marketing Manager based in Lisbon, who wants to apply their excellent product marketing skills and experience to take their career to the next level.

This is an exciting and strategic role within Upya and your goal is to set the tone and effectively execute all Go-To-Market (GTM) activities for new products and deliver them to the right audiences. Working closely with the Product, Sales and Marketing teams, your work will help tweak the products and convince the market of the strength of our full range of capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Build detailed understanding of all of Upya’s products
  • Carry out in-depth assessment of different market segments and their needs
  • Analyse competitors’ activities in each segment
  • Work closely with the Product Team and inform them of final product tweaks needed to ensure Upya’s products are market leading
  • Scope, design, develop, execute and analyse GTM campaigns (pricing, assessment of relevant service wrap needed, product positioning etc)
  • Work closely with Marketing to create marketing plan for launch of new products and agree on best way to set it in motion
  • Craft region-specific high-value sales briefs, training, and collateral for new product launches
  • Ensure there is a clear timeline and that the different product launches are monitored and their performance is tracked
  • Good knowledge in CRM systems, automation, campaign and analytics tools

Ideal candidate

  • At least 3 years experience in product marketing, ideally in a SaaS start-up or B2B large tech corporate environment
  • Hands-on self-starter with a strong drive to proactively plan, execute and analyse GTM projects
  • Ability to assess and recommend what product improvements are needed and what services wrap could help drive sales and reduce sales cycle
  • Strong interest in, and understanding of, SaaS and technology products
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Very strong self-drive to deliver concrete projects effectively
  • Experience and passion in working with a team towards a similar goal
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, diverse and dynamic work environment
  • Detail oriented and highly analytical
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
