In alignment with our trajectory of growth, Upya is actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Manager (French Speaking). This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to making a positive impact on the planet through carbon offset solutions. The role is based in our Lisbon office.

Our Customer Success Team helps our clients adopt our products and make the most of it. But it also can also advise them on their wider organizational structure and business model strategy.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • In-depth understanding of all of Upya’s products
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • In-depth understanding of clients business models, needs and challenges
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding and training processes
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Help clients in achieving their goals

Qualifications

  • 3-years + experience in customer success in a SaaS start-up or B2b Large corporate
  • Fluent in French + English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and highly analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
